[EP-tech] Eprints divisions problem

Hello. We used eprints for more then a year. Everything works good. Month ago we upgrade to version 3.3.7 and found one problem. Divisions get 404 problem.
You can chek it here:  http://eprints.oa.edu.ua/view/divisions/ . Click on any division, like http://eprints.oa.edu.ua/view/divisions/lib/ gives 
404 File not Found Could not find the file: /view/divisions/lib/ The same result when we click on division on deposited item page.

How can we fix this problem? Help please.
