Project management, from inception of the repository to delivery and training.

Includes end-user evaluation.

EPrints-managed server: A turnkey solution for institutions wishing to outsource their repository. Our management of the repository includes upgrades, bug fixes and backups.

Silver level support: Email-based support. Responses provided within a specified turnaround period.
Gold level support: Email and telephone support. Requests for support prioritised and fulfilled within one working day.
