Now aka http://feeds.feedburner.com/WitInstitutionalRepositoryNoConditions You might want to check out the Moodle Bug Tracker in case the issue is with them http://tracker.moodle.org/ Some RSS feed problems reported there were resolved as local proxy/firewall issues.
