In EPrints 3.0.5 default workflow, all collapsed elements cause Firefox to scroll up (to the very top of the page) while "unfolding them" (clicking on the plus icon next to the field name). It happens for Firefox only, IE is OK here. I can see that your demo version of EPrints 3.1 is working OK - so is it a known problem, fixed in 3.1?
