LDAP can be a real pain to get working depending on your LDAP set up. Can you look in your Apache error logs and give us any error messages? Can you authenticate "by hand" using the ldap command line tools for ↵ an example user? I'm not an expert on making EPrints talk to LDAP, but I believe most people get it working fairly easily, assuming you have the correct DN settings etc. All the best, Tim.
