The other problem I've encountered is that Netscape 4.7 under Linux (not tested
under windows yet) will only allow you to enter LATIN-1 (ie western europe 
chars)
It will render UTF-8 just fine and even encode LATIN-1 chars into UTF-8, just
no Kanji(sp?) input for netscape 4 users..

Which should give you an idea of the level of love we're putting into this damn
thing <grin>
