~/archives/ARCHIVEID/cfg/namedsets/licences

These then have to have phrases defined for the values you added.

Hello!

I know I've done this before but it's been well over a year and I'm drawing a 
blank - where do you find the XML files in EPrints to add new Licenses for 
documents and Types for records?
