A bug seems to have creeped in to the count bit in generate_views. I
almost completely re-wrote it for 2.3.0 to do things like sub-levels
etc.
I tested plenty, but there's always the odd bug.
We're working on it. I suspect it's fairly easy to fix once we find
where it is...
