Hi all,

I had the same problem (RedHat 9.0 and so on...) and solved it with
GDOME, but al least I found an issue not solved: when I tryed to import
subject (from an XML file) with latin accent in it I still get those
strange encodings in page sources.

so I tryed to modify them from the web interface (inputting it directly
from an italian keybord) and everything work fine.

...but it is quite annoying to add everything from the web interface!
