Michele,

Indeed, apologies for this however DROID changed their command line API between
version 3 and version 4. I recommend using version 3 (version 4 only adds
functionality and does not change the way classification works). It is a good
idea however to keep the latest classification file (available in version 4)

I shall be packaging up a new version which we are (as I write this) using in a
training workshop, this allows me to get the errors ironed out.

The config file for this version /archive_name/cfg/cfg.d/pronom.pl contains the
following 2 lines:

# DROID's invocation syntax
# DROID 3
$c->{"invocation"}->{"droid"} = '$(java) -jar
$(droid) -S$(SIGFILE) -FXML -A$(SOURCE) -O$(TARGET) >/dev/null';
# DROID 4
#$c->{"invocation"}->{"droid"} = '$(java) -jar
$(droid) -s$(SIGFILE) -fXML -a$(SOURCE) -o$(TARGET) >/dev/null';

uncomment the one which you wish to use.

Hopefully this should help.

I'll try and remember to send an email out when I upload a new version.

Many Thanks

Dave T
