~Tim, I'd presumed form your mail that /opt/eprints/kultur_jacs_subjects.xml
was indeed the file to modify.

However I've added a dummy "E" category, and still get the error.

Where do I specify the subject hierarchy? (I'm guessing in
/opt/eprints/archives/kultur/somewhere...)

generate_static generates the files in the root of the server
(/index.html, .js, .css).

generate_views generates the /view/ pages.

I never did fix that because I couldn't work out what 'E' should be (I
think there may be other top-level subjects that are broken too).

Perhaps we need to just add some dummy subjects to fix this ...

/Tim.
