I'm in the process of configuring IRstats for our eprints 3.1.1 ↵ (port & brandy) installation, and have run into a few problems, but the one ↵ I'd like to cover in this email is the following output that I get when running ↵ the "top Ten Table" report: Eprint Fulltext Downloads OOPS: eprint 14320 missing full_citation! 7530 OOPS: eprint 1925 missing full_citation! 4573 etc.. etc..
