Client-managed server: For repository managers with the technical skills to manage their repository themselves
EPrints-managed server: A turnkey solution for institutions wishing to outsource their repository. Our management of the repository includes upgrades, bug fixes and backups

Silver level support: Email based support. Responses provided within a specified turnaround period
Gold level support: Email and telephone support. Requests for support prioritised and fulfilled within a working day
